2026: A Year of Purpose, People, and Possibility
2026: A Year of Purpose, People, and Possibility
A new year always brings fresh energy—and 2026 is no exception. As we step into January, I want to start this year with something that matters more than numbers, markets, or headlines: people.
At the heart of everything we do is one simple belief—when you serve people well, everything else falls into place. That belief is guiding our goals for 2026, and I want to share them with you openly, with gratitude, and with a whole lot of excitement for what’s ahead.
Our 2026 Real Estate Goal: Helping 70 Families Win
In 2026, our team has set a clear and intentional goal: to help 70 families buy, sell, or invest in real estate.
That number isn’t about transactions—it’s about transitions. It represents first-time buyers taking a big leap, growing families needing more space, empty nesters downsizing with confidence, investors building long-term wealth, and homeowners making smart moves for their future.
Every family has a story. Our role is to listen, guide, educate, and protect you through one of the biggest financial decisions of your life. No pressure. No guesswork. Just clear strategy, honest advice, and relentless advocacy.
We are deeply grateful to everyone who has trusted us over the years. Your referrals, encouragement, and loyalty are the reason this goal is even possible.
100 Hands for Foster Care: A $50,000 Mission That Matters
Real estate is what we do—but community is why we do it.
In 2026, 100 Hands for Foster Care has a bold goal: to raise $30,000 to support foster teens and foster families in Clark County and Cowlitz County.
Foster teens aging out of the system face overwhelming odds—housing instability, lack of mentorship, limited financial education, and fewer safety nets. This isn’t a distant problem. It’s happening right here in our community.
These funds will help provide:
-
Housing support and stability resources
-
Education and life-skills training
-
Mentorship and guidance for foster teens
-
Direct support for foster families doing hard, meaningful work
This mission exists because no teen should feel invisible, and no foster family should feel alone. We are incredibly grateful for every person who donates, shares, volunteers, or simply helps spread the word. Together, small actions create life-changing impact.
Education Is Empowerment: Serving Through Knowledge
One of the biggest gaps we see in real estate isn’t opportunity—it’s understanding.
That’s why education remains a core focus in 2026.
We are committed to:
-
Educating our community on how to buy and sell with confidence
-
Breaking down the process so it’s clear, not overwhelming
-
Helping people understand financing options, timelines, and strategies
-
Removing fear by replacing it with facts
Real estate should never feel mysterious or intimidating. When people understand the process, they make better decisions—and that leads to better outcomes.
Monthly Home Buying Classes: Knowledge You Can Use
Education in action means showing up consistently. That’s why we host a Home Buying Class every month.
These classes are designed to be:
-
Friendly and pressure-free
-
Clear and practical
-
Perfect for first-time buyers, move-up buyers, and anyone who wants to learn
We cover topics like credit, down payment options, zero-down programs, the buying process, and how to avoid costly mistakes. Whether you’re six months out or just starting to think about buying, these classes are here to serve you.
Gratitude First—Always
As we step into 2026, the word that best defines this journey is gratitude.
Grateful for the families we’ve helped. Grateful for the partners who walk alongside us. Grateful for a community that believes in lifting others. Grateful for the chance to do work that truly matters.
If you’re part of our past, present, or future—thank you. If you’re curious, learning, or just watching from the sidelines—welcome. This year is about progress, service, and impact.
Here’s to a strong, purpose-driven 2026. Let’s make it a year that changes lives.
