First, he picked up the ball where two other local realtors had given lackluster effort and allowed my limited relocation window to tick away. It was easy connecting with Tim and my homesearch picked up immediately. We had a casual convo about my family's needs, then I asked him to arrange a tour. One day--one house tour later--and Tim had shown me more about how to choose a home and navigate the market than I had learned with the previous 4 realtors (and 3 purchases). In ONE tour! Tim was able to assimilate a freakish amount of data from many sources, cut out the clutter, then bring me solid information to consider when making decisions. This lowered my stress level SO much! Our agent was Ken Rosengren and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better.
