Ken stepped in to help me find a place in the city of Vancouver after an associate from the same office left for a different job. I wasn't an easy client as I started my search without a clear focus and the property I ended up buying was very different from the first places I saw. Ken worked with me patiently and adapted graciously to my sporadic schedule and sometimes short-notice requests for appointments. Since I didn't always rent a vehicle while in town, he would pick me up as needed. I appreciated his local knowledge, years of experience as a real estate agent, and access to even more specialist knowledge via his wife/partner, who was also a pleasure to work with. It took me about a year to find and purchase the right property. I appreciate Ken's vital role in that process and would recommend him to a friend or family member looking for a realtor in SW Washington.

The Homebuyer Education class was great and i learned alot about becoming a first time homebuyer! This is the second piece of property they have sold for me. Each one was over 100 miles from their home office. My last house sold within two weeks of listing.
