Perched on the 8th floor of the Indigo Hotel, Witness Tree, managed by the renowned El Gaucho, exceeded all expectations with its breathtaking views, impeccable service, and unforgettable food.

From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for a treat. The ambiance, complete with soft jazz music and outdoor seating on the patio, set the perfect backdrop for the evening. Tyler, our server, ensured the service was as smooth and enjoyable as the view.

We started with Ahi Tuna Poke, followed by the Tenderloin Diablo and Pork Belly. Each dish was as stunning to look at as it was to taste. The flavors, textures, and presentation were top-tier. Having been a chef myself, I knew we’d love the food even before we saw the plates—it’s all about the anticipation, and Witness Tree delivered beyond our expectations.
