2025 Year in Review: A Year of Impact, Momentum & Changing Lives Across the PNW

By Ken & Susan Rosengren — Lucido Global PDX/Vancouver | Keller Williams

2025 wasn’t just another year—it was a year of purpose, growth, and massive community impact. We doubled down on our mission, served families across the Pacific Northwest, and pushed forward initiatives that are changing lives right here at home.

And the best part? We’re just getting warmed up.

2025 Year in Review: A Year of Impact, Growth & Serving Families in the PNW  100 Hands for Foster Care — A Movement With Muscle

100 Hands for Foster Care is not a small idea—it’s a movement.

A mission built on action.
A community built on impact.

What We Stand For

We believe this:
When 100 people step up, foster teens get the support, confidence, and opportunities they deserve.

Our mission is laser-focused:

  • Equip teens aging out of foster care with real skills, real resources, and real hope.

  • Build a community that shows up consistently.

  • Create a ripple effect big enough to change futures.

What We Accomplished This Year

We didn’t talk about impact—we created it.

✔ Launched our Confidence Kits Hygiene Drive in May
✔ Delivered essentials to teens who needed them most
✔ Built partnerships across Clark & Cowlitz Counties
✔ Set the foundation for our First Annual 100 Hands Meeting in June 2026

And we’re building momentum every month.

Keller Williams C.A.R.E.S. Committee — Community First, Always

The C.A.R.E.S. Committee continues to be a powerhouse of service and support.

This team shows up—every time.

2025 Highlights

✔ Moving forward with the 2026 Teen Career & Job Fair
✔ Connecting with contractors and employers willing to hire local teens
✔ Backing foster youth programs across Clark County
✔ Strengthening partnerships that create real opportunity

This culture of service is exactly why we’re proud to be part of Keller Williams.

The 2025 Foster Teen Gift Card Drive — Happening NOW

It’s simple:

Gift cards = freedom + dignity + choice for foster teens during the holidays.

Every dollar you give empowers a teen to make a choice that’s truly theirs.
This drive is one of the most meaningful things we do all year.
And we’re going big in 2025.
