Ken's journey in the real estate industry began in 2006, marking a significant career transition from his previous role as an Executive Chef. With a rich background in the culinary arts, including prestigious positions with Marriott and Honda, Ken refined his skills in creativity and leadership. His culinary career spanned over two decades, during which he ascended from a line cook to a Regional Executive Chef and Culinary Instructor. He also had the honor of designing and conducting culinary courses at Clayton State University. The shift to real estate was sparked by his wife's venture into the field, igniting Ken's curiosity and leading to a new professional path.
Since stepping into real estate in December 2006, Ken, alongside Susan, has consistently been at the forefront of performance in their office. Their debut year set a high standard with fifty-eight transactions, setting the pace for continued success. In February 2008, their partnership with Keller Williams opened new avenues for growth and impact. Together, they have assisted over 2,500 families, a testament to their teamwork, Ken's motivational drive, and his aptitude for coaching and mentoring—a skillset greatly enhanced by his culinary leadership experience.
Recognizing the value of collaboration and support, Susan and Ken joined the Lucido Global Team, a nationwide top-producing team and the #1 Team with Keller Williams International. This strategic move was driven by the desire to enhance the quality of service for their clients and friends, leveraging the team's exceptional support systems and infrastructure. Their association with Lucido Global Team represents a commitment to elevating their clients' experience through unparalleled professionalism and expertise.
Ken's contributions extended beyond sales, as he played an instrumental role in the Associate Leadership Council (ALC) in Vancouver, WA, where he dedicated four years. In his final year on the Productivity Team, he was pivotal in helping office agents elevate their sales, increasing the average from nine to twelve homes per agent over a 12-month span. His expertise and dedication also led him to join the Keller Williams Master Faculty, where he shares his knowledge across various offices.
